 'PEACE LEAGUE' IS SOUTH LONDON'S FOOTBALL LEAGUE FOR SOCIAL HARMONYEXCITING NEW SEASON STARTING ON SUNDAY 22/4/12 The peace League is a league which plays all of it's games in Kennington park with a few occassional games in Larkhall park in Stockwell, London. This is a private run league which allows teams as long as they have players under age 18'S a chance to play.
HOW IT WORKS Answer is simple. Each team can submit more than one team at a time if they wish? All they need to do is contact us and register your team or teams. Thereafter each match is simply just £ 5 per game. All you have to do is turn up and pay this at the time of your match. That's it! simple. Everything else we take care of! Thereafter your team results will be updated and put online, including the league table standings after each game played.
WHERE ARE MATCHES PLAYED? Matches are played in Kennington park as well as other local parks around South London. We will always let each team know in advance where they will have a match and we will make sure that they can get to it. We provide the goals and set up the pitch with markers etc.
WHAT AGE GROUPS CAN PLAY? 5-adult
WHAT DAYS ARE MATCHES PLAYED? Matches will be played on either a saturday or on a sunday? this will be decided before hand.
HOW LONG DOES THE LEAGUE LAST? The league will run for approx 4 to 5 months
