LEAGUE RULES
Registering
Each team MUST register their teams and players. All registered players will be logged online with their date of birth. If a player is asked to produce proof of age then they Must do so within One week of such a request.
Transfer of Players
players MUST Not transfer between clubs unless during transfer Period. This can only take place once a transfer form has been completed by all parties involved which also includes the player and parents.
Costs
Registration is free.
However each player most make a league contribution of 50p which goes towards obtaining necessary silverware for winning teams. This should be paid to Managers /(coaches of teams who must hand it to the league president each week. This will then be put into a league box for such purposes.
Competitions
Each club has a Chance to win their division and also their league Cup for their Division.
Matches are played every sunday.
Match kickoff Times
Each team Must be on the field ready 5 minutes before their kickoff time. Failure to do so will result in the match cancelled plus points awarded to the team that is ready. This will also result in a £10 fine which goes to the league.
MATCH FORMAT-Based on school year Starting September 2015.
ages 4-5 year Olds play 0 min each half. They do not Change ends at halftime. The Ball Size they must Play with must be no larger than a Size 3 football.
U7 All under 7 matches are 20 minutes each half. No One Over school Year 2 is permitted to play. Match Ball must be Size 3.
U8 All under 8 matches are 20 minutes each half. No One Over School year 3 is permitted to play. Match Ball size Must be size 4.
U9 All under 9 matches are 20 minutes each half. No One Over School year 4 is permitted to play. Match Ball size Must be size 4.
U10 All under 10 Matches are 25 minutes each half. No One Over School year 5 is permitted to play. Match Ball size Must be Size 4.
U11 All under 11 Matches are 25 minutes each half. No One Over School year 6 is permitted to play. Match Ball size Must be Size 4.
U12 All under 12 Matches are 25 minutes each half. No One Over School year 7 is permitted to play. Match Ball size Must be Size 4.
U13 All under 13 matches are 25 minutes each half. No One Over School Year 8 is Permitted to play. Match Ball Size Must be Size 5.
U16 All under 16 matches are 25 minutes each half. No One Over School Year 8 is Permitted to play. Match Ball Size Must be Size 5.
Halftime Rest period of 5 minutes.
The same player can play for their team Group A and Also their Group B Squad.
All matches are 7 /8 aside. This is decided before kick off.
There are no throw ins, The ball is passed into the pitch.
All results including Scorers must be logged.
Two yellow Cards in a game results in a Red Card equals a One match ban.
A straight red results in a two Math ban.
All Red Cards carry a fine.
Teams Must be on the pitch 5 Minutes before kickoff or the match will be Suspended with three points awarded to the present team.
Both teams Must lineup and Shake hands before games and All Players Coaches included Must shake hands at the end of each Match regardless of the Score. It is the Coaches responsibility to ensure So.
Any disruptive or rude behaviour will not be tolerated and will be dealt with accordingly.
Teams who cheat by playing older players in younger players matches will have 1 point deducted for each player etc.
All matches are small sided games. The largest sided game is 8 aside.
Players must wear shin pads and football socks to matches or they will NOT be able to play any matches.
Teams who do not have a kit must wear matching tops or arrange to wear bibs before their match starts and not after.
All matches must start on time. Any team who arrives any time after kick off will have their match suspended and points will be allocated to other team.(It is recommended for teams to arrive in good time before kick off so that they can be on field at least 5 mns before kick off).
Each red card is a £5 fine that the club must pay. If this is not paid within one week of written notice then they will be suspended untill paid.
Anyone can referee match providing they make arrangements before kick off.
the penalty area is 8 steps out from goal line.
There are no offsides
All subs are roll on and roll off.
The ball CAN be played over head height..
Teams must not allow supporters to enter pitch or disrupt game or they will be deducted points.
